About the event

Join us as we continue restoration efforts at Forty Oaks Nature Preserve. This volunteer workday will focus on waterway cleanup, invasive vine removal, and litter pickup to help improve the health of the preserve's stream corridor and surrounding forest. Volunteers can help with stream cleanup, vine removal, or litter pickup throughout the preserve.

Please bring a water bottle. If you plan to help with the waterway cleanup, shoes or boots that can get wet or muddy are recommended. If you have them, bring garden gloves and hand trimming tools such as loppers and clippers. We'll also have tools and gloves available for anyone who needs them. All ages are welcome. [Weather permitting. Check our social media for any event updates.]
